A house that learns the light.

A young family arriving from London wanted a home that felt instinctive — no visible technology, no switches, no hardware to interrupt the design. Due to the complexity of their lighting requirements, we designed a solution using the minimum amount of physical hardware, with the rest controlled elegantly through a single application. A KNX backbone for lighting and climate that follows the day. The kitchen knows breakfast from dinner. The shutters close themselves when the wind picks up.

A garden that reads the sky.

Geometric planting, mature olive trees, and gravel terracing across a south-facing plot — beautiful in design, demanding in reality. We integrated a fully automated irrigation system into the KNX backbone, connected to live weather data. It waters when the soil needs it and no rain is forecast. Switches off when rain is coming. The garden thrives. Nobody thinks about it.

A contemporary Costa del Sol apartment, let year-round to short-term guests. The owner lives elsewhere. We installed a full security system with remote monitoring, smart energy and water metering, and automated climate control between stays. The owner sees consumption in real time. Gets an alert if anything is wrong. Guests arrive to a home that's ready. The owner stays in control without lifting a finger.

Artur

Artur leads the technical side — designing and integrating smart systems built on the world's best open platforms. He's the one who'll spend an evening getting the lighting scenes exactly right and tuning the home around how you actually live.

Build & Project Director

Aleksander

Aleksander brings the building side. He runs his own refurbishment company on the coast and has spent years renovating high-end homes from the walls in. He understands construction, trades, and how a project actually gets built.

Together we cover everything a project needs — from the first cable to the final scene. Between us we speak Polish, Spanish, and English — so wherever you're from, you'll always understand exactly what's happening in your home.
